Let's talk
We reply within one working day. If you tell us where you are, what needs furnishing and roughly what you want to spend, the first reply is already useful rather than a holding message.
Where we are
Verona (VR), Italy
Meetings by video call or at your home
Language
Italian
Tell us about the project
The more you tell us, the more concrete the first reply. Only name, email and message are required.
We read the enquiry and reply with: the format we think suits your case (online or on site), a ballpark figure, and two or three slots for the first introductory call, which is short and free. Fifteen or twenty minutes are enough to understand the project and update the quote for your case: no charge, no obligation to continue. If we think we're not the right professionals for you, we say so and point you elsewhere.
Floor plans, photographs, quotes you've received, links to images you like: attach them to your reply by email. They save us a whole round of questions.
What's worth preparing
Nothing is compulsory. But with these four things, the first introductory call — short as it is — is worth twice as much.
A floor plan
Even a cadastral plan or a hand sketch with a few dimensions. It lets us talk about your home rather than a generic one.
Ten photographs
One from each corner of every room involved, in landscape and natural light. Phone photos are fine.
A number
The budget you have in mind, even approximate. Not to make you spend more: to stop us wasting your time on impossible routes.
Three references
Three images you like and — more useful still — one you hate. The noes tell us far more than the yeses.
Before you write
Is the first call free?
Yes. The first introductory call is short (15–20 minutes) and costs nothing: it lets you tell us about the project, bring the space, timeline and budget into focus, and lets us update the quote for your case. There is no obligation to continue.
The orientation call is a different thing: 45 minutes for €90, including a review of your plan and photographs and a written report. That one is a full consultation, and it is the first step of the paid services. If you then go ahead with a package within 30 days, the €90 is deducted.
Do you reply to people outside Northern Italy?
We always reply. The service is calibrated for Northern Italy because we know the suppliers, craftspeople, prices and lead times of this area, and a good part of the value we add lives there. For other regions or abroad we assess together on a call: we can work well on the design, less so on the local supply chain.
How far ahead should I contact you?
Ideally before buying anything and before the electrician cuts any chases. In practice: 2–3 months before handover for a new-build, or as soon as you have the builder's quote for a renovation. Coming later is possible, but some decisions will already be locked in.
What happens to my data?
It stays in our inbox and is used only to reply to you. We don't pass it to anyone, don't use it for newsletters and don't add it to any list. If you'd like it deleted, just ask.
