Six services, two delivery modes. Each entry states what it includes, how long it takes and what it costs — and if we don't do something, it's written below rather than discovered on a call.

Service 01

Floor-plan consultation

To work out how to make the space function before choosing any furniture. Everything happens on the plan: what goes where, at what footprint and with what circulation clearances. No renders.

Dimensioned plan of the existing layout, from the survey you provide using our guide. If you would rather we did it, the site visit is added (€100)

Service 02

Kitchen and bespoke joinery design

The kitchen is the most expensive and least reversible element of a home. We design it independently of any supplier first, then help you compare the quotes.

Verification of drains, flues and recirculation

Service 03

Single-room furnishing design

One room at a time, complete. Bedroom, living room, kitchen or bathroom: the same method as the full design, applied to a single room and paid for on that room alone.

Complete interior design

The core service. From survey to shopping list: spatial planning, furniture, materials, colour, lighting and bespoke detailing, coordinated into a single coherent design.

Service 05

Colour and materials consultancy

When the structure already works and the issue is the skin of the home: walls, finishes, fabrics, floors. We deliver a colour schedule with precise codes, not "a warm beige".

Service 06

Purchasing management

If you don't have the time or inclination to handle a dozen suppliers, we do it: orders, confirmations, lead times, goods checks, returns and transport damage.

What we don't do

We would rather lose an enquiry than accept it and handle it badly. These services require qualifications and liabilities that are not ours.

Structural and services work: Requires a qualified technician: your own, or one of the professionals we work with and can point you to.
Planning applications: Italian building notifications and permits require a qualified technician and a signature. We refer you to professionals we work with regularly.
Site supervision: Formal responsibility for a construction site is not an interior design service.
Energy certification: Certificates and tax relief procedures go through qualified technicians and accountants.
Furniture sales: We are not retailers: the design stays independent of the purchase and you buy wherever you prefer.
Designs "by feel": We do not draw without a survey. Not even if the client insists, not even for a single room.

Method

How we work, always in the same order

Stage 01

Listening

Who lives here, how many people, what habits, what doesn't work today. The uncomfortable questions about real rather than aspirational habits get asked here.

Stage 02

Measuring

Full survey, constraint checks, drawn plan. Nothing gets designed until this stage is closed.

Stage 03

Layout

What goes where, and why. Alternatives with stated advantages and trade-offs. This is the stage that determines whether the home will work.

Stage 04

Material and colour

Only now do we talk about style. Palette, materials, finishes and fabrics, on a single agreed price band.

Stage 05

Light

The lighting plan is drawn before the electrician cuts any chases. Afterwards, every change costs ten times as much.

Stage 06

Execution

Drawings, schedules, shopping list, programme. Documents a tradesperson can use without calling us to interpret them.

First step

Not sure which service you need?

Normal — almost nobody is at the start. It begins with a short, free introductory call: fifteen or twenty minutes to understand the project, tell you which service makes sense and update the quote for your case. If you then want to go deeper, there is the €90 orientation call, with a written report.
